Profile Dr. Rahmadi Indra Tektona, S.H., M.H., is an academic from Universitas Jember with an educational background from Universitas Brawijaya. He is recognized for his active involvement in academia and the development of legal scholarship. Within the academic environment, he serves as the Coordinator of the Civil Law Concentration with the rank of Associate Professor. In this role, he contributes to the advancement of civil law studies and the development of academic activities within the faculty. In January 2026, Rahmadi Indra Tektona was appointed as Vice Chairperson of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2026–2031 term through a fit and proper test conducted by Commission II of the House of Representatives. Profile Prior to his appointment as a Member of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, Abdul Ghoffar served as an Assistant to a Constitutional Justice at the Constitutional Court. He has also been active in academia, serving as a lecturer in the Master of Law Program at Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta and as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia Jakarta. Abdul Ghoffar was born in Gresik on 1 July 1980. He obtained his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Brawijaya in 2020. He completed his master’s degree at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia in 2007. He also holds two bachelor’s degrees, one from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga in 2005 and another from the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Sunan Ampel in 2002. Profile Maneger Nasution was born in West Pasaman, West Sumatra, on 2 February 1968. He is widely recognized as an academic and human rights practitioner with extensive experience in interfaith harmony, legal affairs, and the protection of citizens’ rights. He later pursued a master’s degree at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta and undertook legal studies to strengthen his expertise in human rights and legal governance. Profile Partono, M.A., was born in Klaten on 20 April 1977. Profile Robert Na Endi Jaweng serves as a Member of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2021–2026 term and has been reappointed for the 2026–2031 period. During his first term, he was responsible for overseeing the sectors of personnel administration, health, labor, social security, and social affairs. He also coordinated supervisory functions across several regional Ombudsman offices, including Central Java, Jambi, East Nusa Tenggara, West Sulawesi, West Papua, and Southwest Papua. Robert has an extensive track record in organizational activities. Since his student years, he has been active in the Indonesian Catholic Students Association, progressing from the branch level to the national leadership. He has also been involved in various organizations and public policy forums, such as the Indonesian Parliamentary Monitoring Forum and the Indonesian Policy Analysts Association. Currently, he serves as an advisor at the national level in several Catholic civil society organizations, including Pemuda Katolik, Ikatan Sarjana Katolik, Vox Point Indonesia, the Indonesian Catholic Students Association, and the Laity Commission of the Indonesian Bishops Conference. In addition to his organizational involvement, Robert is an active writer and columnist in various mass media and academic journals. Profile Born in Palembang on September 16, 1973, Suganda completed a Diploma 4 at the Institute of Public Administration in 1997, a Master's degree in Sociology at the University of Indonesia in 2002, and Government Science at General Ahmad Yani University in 2013, graduating with the highest honors (Cum Laude). He earned his Doctorate from Padjadjaran University in 2013, also with Cum Laude distinction. Suganda began his career in government as Head of the Development and Environment Section in Jayaloka District in 1997. In 1998, he was appointed as District Secretary and achieved notable successes, such as being the fastest district to complete the 1999 Election recap in Musi Rawas Regency and winning the Best District in the 'Mother Care Movement' program in South Sumatra Province. He continued to excel as District Secretary of Selangit from 2002-2005, with achievements like being the top district in land and building tax collection in Musi Rawas Regency. In 2005, Suganda continued his career in Musi Rawas Regency Government as Head of the Trade and Cooperatives Sub-Department. He formed the Participant Selection Team for Institutional Training (TSPDI) as Head of the Structural Training Sub-Department in 2007-2008. Later, as Head of the Education and Training Department, he managed study and leave programs for employees in Musi Rawas Regency. In 2013, Suganda became the Economic and Financial Expert Staff to the Regent. He assisted in the establishment of North Musi Rawas Regency and wrote a book documenting the history of the Musi Rawas Regents while serving as General Administration Assistant. Suganda's many achievements led to his selection for the position of Head of the General and Personnel Bureau at the Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) in 2015. Under his leadership, he successfully filled structural positions at Bekraf and resolved staff shortages, both for civil servants and non-civil servants. Suganda faced significant challenges when he was appointed Secretary General of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia on February 12, 2018. His primary focus was filling vacant structural positions and addressing human resource needs at both the central and regional levels. He met these challenges by filling all HR vacancies at the Ombudsman. In 2020, he initiated the implementation of electronic signatures within the Ombudsman, significantly improving administrative efficiency. Suganda has achieved many other distinctions, including an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Ombudsman's financial statements from 2017-2023, an 'Informative' rating in the Public Information Disclosure Awards in 2020 and 2023, ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2019, third place in the National Legal Documentation and Information Network Award (National Institution Category) in 2020 and 2022, first place in budget performance for small ministries and agencies with an 'Excellent' rating, first place for Budget Performance Indicator (IKPA) in the medium allocation category for Jakarta VII KPPN, an 'Excellent' rating for implementing a merit system in civil service management, second place in monitoring and evaluating the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in the Non-Structural Institutions Category in 2022, best electronic-based government system in the Government Agencies category, and ranking in the top 10 for Compliance Level Measurement through the NKK Maturity Instrument in 2022. Amid his duties as Secretary General of the Ombudsman, on March 31, 2023, Suganda was appointed Acting Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
